Los Angeles Angels starting pitcher C.J. Wilson found a new hobby this October after a dismal season for the free spending team. C.J. will be photographing his fiance Lisalla Montenegro this Winter and is already off to a hot start.
Wilson signed a lucrative contract with the Angels in 2012 that will see his salary from $11MM to $16MM in 2014. He had arguably the best season of his career in 2013, going 17-7 with a 3.39 ERA, topping over 200 innings pitched for his fourth straight year.
C.J. and Lisalla Montenegro are planning to tie the knot this Winter and she lobbied for him to photograph her at the construction site of their soon to be home. Shouldn’t we all be so lucky?
