MLB postseason awards

Clayton Kershaw is a lock for the NL Cy Young Award, but will he get the NL MVP vote, too?

Through the Fence Baseball writers had a terrible time selecting postseason playoff winners, but the odds are in their favor for selecting the MLB postseason awards since finalists were announced last week by the Baseball Writers of America Association.

Here are the finalists, followed by TTFB writer selections for each award.

Rookie of the Year

Announced on MLB TV on Monday, November 10, at 6 p.m. ET

American League Finalists

Jose Abreu, White Sox
Dellin Betances, Yankees
Matt Shoemaker, Angels

National League Finalists
