First it was the Washington Redskins, now the Washington Football Team, and next up is the Cleveland Indians. No nickname has been established yet and there are talks regarding following the Football Team, settling for the Cleveland Baseball Team. There is no timeline on when they will formally change their team nickname. Teams still remaining that have ties/names that have hit radars recently; Atlanta Braves, Kansas City Chiefs, Chicago Blackhawks, all have said they have no plans on changing their team name.
