Bill Peters

Hello baseball fans my name is Bill Peters and I am a baseball enthusiast through and through. I am originally from the Pittsburgh area and am a die-hard Pirates fan even though it is has been several years … okay over a decade since the Bucs have had at least a five hundred season. My favorite player has always been Roberto Clemente and I have worn number 21 throughout my baseball experience. Though my work ethic and intensity on the field and my passion for helping others certainly could never match the legacy of the Great One; in my own way I work hard in honor of what Clemente has brought to the greatest game in America and to the benefit of humanity. Through my writing I hope to keep the history of baseball alive and provide a unique perspective on the game, its many personalities, and the excitement that dwells in the heart when pitchers and catchers report in the early signs of Spring.
