Joe is a graduate of Penn State University. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Joe is employed with Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (the biggest shipping company at the Port of Baltimore).He is a big fan of Through The Fence Baseball and is thrilled to be a part of such a great site.
